Membership FAQs

Who can become a member?
Our membership is exclusively for professional caregivers. This includes nurses, healthcare assistants, elderly care providers, and individuals with caregiving experience or training. If you have completed training through the Caredemy training platform, you are also eligible to join as a member. Care receivers (patients/clients) do not need to register as members.
What is the membership fee?
The annual management fee is RM 100 per year. This is a simple, transparent fee with no hidden charges. The fee covers your membership for 12 months from the date of approval.
How do I renew my membership?
You can renew your membership by paying the RM 100 annual fee before your membership expires. You will receive a reminder notification 30 days before expiry. Renewal can be done online through your member portal.
What happens if I don't renew?
If you do not renew your membership, your status will become inactive and you will lose access to job listings, member benefits, and the caregiver network. You can reactivate by paying the annual fee.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
The annual management fee is non-refundable once paid. However, you can choose not to renew at the end of your membership period without any penalties.
How long does the approval process take?
Most applications are reviewed and approved within 2-3 business days after all required documents are submitted and payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your membership is activated.
